The Story:
This painting highlights the gorgeous rows of tulips at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. I have gone every year that I have lived in Oregon and have had some incredible memories there. This reference photo was taken last year just before the most stressful evening of my life (taking my partner to get a motorcycle). It was the calm before the storm of the day.
