The Story:
I did this painting while on my partner and I’s last camping trip of the year. After floating in the lake and hiking to the nearby waterfall, we sat in our camping chairs and read to each other while the other does art (switching off). I painted in my travel sketchbook until the sun went down and I could no longer see what colors I was placing on the paper.
