This is a quality postcard/art print, designed by me and printed locally. The painting was done with watercolors en plein-air, aka on location, on a hiking trail above Siltcoos River running in front of the Pacific Ocean in Florence, OR.
The Story:
I did this painting while on a camping trip with my partner and friend. When I had arrived to the campsite, my friend was thrilled to share with me the perfect spot he found for me to go paint. We all took a short hike to see this lovely view through the branches of the trees, over the ducks floating on the river, past the crows taking over the field, to the Ocean in the distance. I returned the next day with my sketchbook and created this painting.
