This is a quality art print, produced by me in my home studio. The painting was done with watercolors en plein-air, aka on location, at Colliding Rivers in Glide, Oregon.
The Story:
This was a painting done in my plein-air week in southern Oregon. After a week of painting, I found myself getting really caught up in details and stressing over making sure each painting was better than the one before. I needed to decompress so I got out a small 2.5'“×4” paper and tried to capture one element of the scene in as few strokes as I could while still communicating it well. I was shocked when it ended up a favorite of the week.
