This is a quality greeting card, produced by me in my home studio. The painting was done with watercolors en plein-air, aka on location, along the Umpqua River in Roseburg, Oregon.
The Story:
For this piece, I drove several hours away to paint with a group of other artists. When I got there and started to set up, I discovered that I left my large painting set back home and only brought my small travel pouch. This included a tiny mint tin and a collection of water brushes. I was determined to paint anyway and it turned out to be one of my favorites I’ve done.
