Umpqua Plein-Air (AKA a new era)

2024 Umpqua Valley Plein-Air was an event that I was never going to do. I had allowed my art to take a backseat while I built a life on my own outside of college by having a typical 40hr a week job. The energy I put into that job (I loved) drained me significantly, leaving little time to prioritize my art. I learned about this event with very little time to make it work but my extremely supportive partner and encouraging boss helped me take the week to do nothing but paint. This was a turning point for me to realize just how much I loved painting but had much to learn and improve on.
